Seven out of ten Russians aged under 30 did not believe that the price regulation decree signed by the president Vladimir Putin on December 30th helped to hold down the basic food products price growth, in 2021. The share of those who did notice some positive changes did not exceed 15 percent among each age group.

The survey was conducted among the economically active citizens in 374 settlements of Russia .
The original survey question was worded as follows: "30 декабря В. Путин подписал указ о регулировании цен на социально значимые товары. На ваш взгляд, помогли ли данные меры удержать цены наосновные продукты питания в 2021 году?"
