In 2021, around 68.3 percent of the consumers belonging to Generation Z in Europe trusted Artificial Intelligence (AI) advisors for skincare product and routine recommendations. This share was lower than the 75.91 percent of Baby Boomers and Millennials who instead found to be more trusting towards AI-based skin care advisors.
In the same year, the findings were different for Generation Z in North America.
