Anaemia prevalence among women of reproductive age in Cuba 2012-2019
Anaemia prevalence in Cuba showed a slight decrease between 2012 and 2019. The highest figure was observed by the beginning of the period, with an estimated 20.2 percent of reproductive-age women with anaemia. Prevalence of the condition among the analyzed population saw a decrease of around one percentage point during the eight years depicted, amounting to 19.3 percent in 2019.
