Preferred mode of purchase during COVID-19 pandemic in India 2021

According to a survey conducted by the LocalCircles in July 2021, 49 percent of the respondents were in favor of e-commerce sites and apps to purchase products in India. Some of the reasons why Indian consumers preferred online shopping were the restrictions and lockdowns due to the coronavirus pandemic.
