The job application stage most rejected by German job candidates (if it is to be carried out in a digital form), is the decision about job filling. As of 2020, over 60 percent of job candidates interviewed believed that this stage should by no means carried out in digital form. In the meantime, less than ten percent of candidates were opposed to a digital submission of the application form and documents.
