Importance of sustainable e-commerce packaging in Switzerland 2021
A survey conducted in Switzerland in 2021 investigated consumers' opinions on the packaging of online purchases. For almost nine out of ten consumers, having packaging fitting the item's size is important when ordering online. In addition, more than three-quarters (76 percent) of respondents said they placed importance on the use of plastic-free packaging, the same as those who placed importance on the use of reusable packaging.
