In Germany during the year 2020, job candidates belonging to the generation Z, that is, those born between 1997 and 2004 in this case, were more willing to favor mobile end devices over traditional channels or methods when applying for a job. As it seems, about 54 percent of generation Z candidates in the country preferred applying for a job from their smartphones, tablets, or other mobile end devices in 2020.
