Murder I is planned and deliberate murder, murder of a peace officer, contracted murder, murder during a hijacking, sexual assault, kidnapping, criminal harassment, terrorist activity, intimidation, or affiliation with a criminal organization.

Murder II is all murders not classified under Murder I.

Schedule I crimes are all sexual offenses and violent crimes not classified under Murder I or II.

Schedule II crimes are serious drug offenses or conspiracy to commit serious drug offenses.
