According to a survey conducted among office workers in Tokyo, Japan, in June 2021, the majority most often worked remotely from home. While around 94 percent worked from home, only 72 percent saw their home as the ideal place for telework. At the same time, about 21 percent of respondents cited shared offices as the ideal telework location.
