Reasons for doing holiday shopping Hong Kong 2023, by gender

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Hong Kong in November 2023 on consumer holiday shopping behavior, around 77 percent of female respondents answered their reason for holiday shopping was that a lot of sales take place during that time. Around 31 percent of male respondents stated to go holiday shopping because they had to buy gifts for the holidays.
