According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Hong Kong in November 2023 on consumer holiday shopping behavior, around 79 percent of respondents aged 25 to 34 years answered to shop both on- and offline. Meanwhile, the youngest respondents, those below 25, were the most likely of all age groups to do their holiday shopping exclusively online.
