According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in December 2021, approximately 24 percent of respondents in India stated that they intended to or had already spent up to three thousand Indian rupees during the holiday shopping period. The same survey revealed that the most popular items among Indian holiday shoppers in that year were consumer electronics and apparel and footwear.
