According to a survey on shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in Singapore, 74 percent of respondents stated that they were planning to shop both online and also in brick-and-mortar shops during the holiday season. In comparison, seven percent of respondents stated that they were planning to shop only at brick-and-mortar shops.
