Interest rates emerged as the biggest issue among real estate professionals in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region in 2024. Approximately 79 percent of survey respondents chose interest rates as the most pressing challenge in the industry. Low yields and the availability and cost of financing were other leading causes of concern.
