In the sports season of 2020/21, over 15 thousand athletes aged 12 to 17 years were actively engaged in individual sports. This count was the highest, compared to the other age groups. People aged 61 years or older followed, with over 7,000 active athletes. In contrast, among people aged 35-44 years, the number of active athletes was the lowest, with over 2,500 athletes.
