Reasons for doing holiday shopping Thailand 2023, by age

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2023 in Thailand, approximately 61 percent of respondents aged between 45 to 54 years old stated that their reason for holiday shopping was that there are a lot of sales during the holiday season. In comparison, around 36 percent of respondents who were 55 years and older stated that they enjoyed shopping during this time because they would like to buy products released exclusively for the holiday shopping period.
