Securing a stable quantity was considered a major measure necessary to increase the handling of organic vegetables in food wholesaling as revealed in a survey conducted in 2021. More than 50 percent of responding wholesalers stated that a stable supply of organic produces would be an incentive to increase the quantity in business operations, followed by lowering the prices of organic certified vegetables.
