Motives for enforcing ESG policies by energy sector executives 2022
In a 2022 survey among energy sector executives, some 44 percent of respondents reported that investor pressure was the main reason for why their organization had implemented or was considering to implement Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. 40 percent of the respondents reported that was regulatory pressures was also one of the reasons for their organiyations implementing ESG policies.
