United States: Samsung users' reasons why they would not change smartphone brand 2021

Among US Samsung users participating in a 2021 survey, 41 percent indicated that their main reason for sticking with Samsung over another smartphone brand is that they preferred it over any brand, while 23 percent stated that they never had an issue with the brand so they would not consider changing.
