The labor force in Ghana was estimated to comprise over 11.3 million people aged 25 years and older in 2022. Around 2.69 million people were between the ages of 15 and 24 years, following an increasing trend observed since 2015. The labor force comprises the employed and people of working age who qualify to be employed.
