Monthly composite leading indicator (CLI) in the Nordics 2010-2021

The composite leading indicator (CLI) fell sharply in all five Nordic countries after the outbreak of COVID-19. At the beginning of the last decade, Iceland had the lowest CLI of the Nordic countries at 95.35, whereas Finland had the highest at 103.01. In December 2021, Norway had the highest index of the five, while Iceland had the lowest. Apart from the latter, all of the Nordic countries had a CLI of more than 100.
