Devices used to access the internet in the UK 2020-2021, by age

Between the beginning of 2020 and March 2021, 67 percent of British internet users aged between 18 and 24 years old were accessing the internet on either desktop or mobile devices. Dual online access was common among all the surveyed age groups, with users aged 55 or above reporting the lowest share of internet users with dual access: 55 percent. Users aged 55 or above going online only via desktop devices were 13 percent of their total demographic group. Mobile-only internet access interested 35 percent of users in the United Kingdom aged between 25 and 34 years old.
