Average period of enrolment of players in the NPB in Japan 2016-2022
In 2022, the average period of enrolment of players active in Japan's professional baseball league (NPB) amounted to 7.7 years. That year recorded one of the lowest average periods of enrolment to the NPB, as well as the lowest average retirement age during the surveyed period.
