Skilled agricultural and fishery workers constituted the majority of employed individuals in Tanzania between June 2020 and July 2021, accounting for nearly 60 percent of the total employment. Around 15 percent of employed Tanzanians possessed elementary occupations, while roughly 14 percent worked within service activities and shop sales.
