Following the release of four new iPhone 13 models, U.S. Apple iPhone users participating in a 2021 survey who indicated that they had plans to switch to an Android device indicated which smartphone brand they would prefer to purchase. The most popular brand among respondents was Google, with 45.1 percent of participants indicating that they would prefer to purchase this brand of smartphone. Samsung followed with a respondent share of 41.8 percent.
