In 2019, the electric truck market in Italy was comprised of 152 commercial vehicles, 71 of which were battery electric vehicles. The battery electric truck segment is projected to rise by a compound annual growth rate of over 72 percent between 2020 and 2026, reaching just under 1,300 units. This would represent over 54 percent of the country's total electric truck market.
