Perception of virtual banking vs. traditional banks in Hong Kong 2021

According to a survey conducted in Hong Kong, 59 percent of respondents considered traditional banks safer than virtual banks. However, neobanks stood out with lower costs and higher convenience in the eyes of Hong Kongers. Furthermore, a majority of consumers preferred traditional banks as their main bank.
