According to a survey conducted in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, mobile banking was the most popular way to access banking services among the respondents, with seven to ten times of monthly usage on average. Mobile banking was much more popular than physical branches. However, the leading reasons why consumers prefer mobile banking differ among regions.
