Usage share of installment plans in Hong Kong 2021
According to a survey conducted in Hong Kong in 2021, around 38 percent of consumers stated they had used installment plans within the past two years. During the coronavirus pandemic, the popularity of installment loans had increased across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. Especially Taiwanese consumers favored this payment method.
