According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight in Hong Kong, around 24 percent of female respondents stated that they would reduce ordering food online after the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted because they wanted to cut costs on food delivery. In comparison, around 16 percent of male respondents stated that they had negative experiences with the food quality.
