According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight in Taiwan, around 41 percent of female respondents stated that they would reduce ordering food online after the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted because they wanted to cut costs on food delivery. In comparison, around 13 percent of male respondents stated that they had negative experiences with the food quality.
