According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight, around 78 percent of female respondents in Taiwan stated that they would continue to order from food delivery apps after lifting of the COVID-19 restrictions because it was convenient. In comparison, only around seven percent of male and female respondents stated that they would continue to order because they had a good experience with food quality.
