In 2020, Lowe's satisfaction rate among DIYers was 8.8, slightly higher than among professionals. The Home Depot had the highest satisfaction rate among professional contractors, at 8.8. The online retailer Amazon did not fare as well as its brick-and-mortar counterparts, with a satisfaction rate of 8.4 among professionals.
