A study conducted in Ireland in October 2020 asked children and teenagers who had experienced cyberbullying how it made them feel. Overall, 53 percent of girls reported that they felt fairly or very upset over a cyberbullying experience and 30 percent of boys said that they felt the same way. Additionally, just twelve percent of girls stated that they did not feel upset.
