As per the results of a survey on Indian food services and cloud kitchen conducted by Rakuten Insight in August 2021, about 59 percent of respondents aged above 55 years stated that the unfamiliarity with the concept of virtual restaurant or cloud kitchen was the leading reason for them not to order from these businesses.

4,184 respondents aged 35 to 44 years old,
1,661 respondents aged 45 to 54 years,
816 respondents aged 55 years and above.
