As per the results of a survey on Indian food delivery apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in August 2021, about 45 percent of the female respondents stated that they would decrease the frequency of ordering food online after the coronavirus pandemic because they want to cut costs, similarly 41 percent of male respondents chose the same reason.
