Frequency of internet use in Czechia 2017-2024

The share of internet users in Czechia increased in the observed period, as did the frequency of internet use. In 2024, a total of 80 percent of Czechs accessed the internet daily or almost every day, while the share of the population that never used the internet dropped to 8.5.

Survey for the year 2024 was carried out on 5,904 individual persons aged 16+ and 3,850 reached households, the data was subsequently converted through post-stratification with respect to the whole population aged 16 or older which amounted to 8,8 million people and 4,5 million households. CAPI and CATI survey types were used.
