The Covid-19 pandemic changed many aspects of daily life. Whether due to lockdown measures, or just a growing awareness of health of consumption, consumer habits changes in many ways. A survey in Canada showed that a third of adult consumers are purchasing more organic and natural foods now than they were before the Covid-19 pandemic. Less than ten percent are buying less organic and natural products.
