Disputed YouTube copyright claims H1 2023, by resolution

During the first half of 2023, the majority of the disputed copyright infringement claims submitted to YouTube saw a resolution in favor of the uploaders. Of the approximately 3.87 million disputed claims registered in the examined period, more than 2.5 million claims, succeeded in favor of the uploader. By comparison, 1.5 million claims failed. In this second case, the uploaders could present an appeal for the failed dispute.
