Seat projection of the national parliament Netherlands 2021-2022

Since the general election in the Netherlands in March 2021, the seat projection for the parliament has fluctuated somewhat. The largest party in the last elections, the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) has stayed the largest, fluctuating a little bit but decreasung to 19 percent of the projected seats in January of 2022. Whilst the Democrats 66 (D66) was the second largest party for most of the time, it had to relinquish that position in November of 2021. By January of 2022 it had 12 percent of the projected seats, the same as the Party for Freedom (PVV). One of the biggest defeats since the election was for the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) who went from a projected 10 percent of the seats in the election, to five percent in January of 2022, halving their projected number of seats.
