Major buying factors of chicken eggs in Japan 2021
According to a survey that was conducted in Japan in 2021, the most important buying factor for chicken eggs was a low price at over 61 percent, followed by taste at around 56 percent. Less important factors were whether special attention was paid to the feed of the chickens, as well as special eggs or products with enhanced nutrition.
