Nearly seven out of 10 Poles used the National Health Service (NFZ), and every other one used a private one in the first half of 2021. General practitioners were the most frequent users of the National Health Service insurance. Those with additional, voluntary insurance most often used the services of a dentist or prosthetic laboratory.
