Workplace EV chargers in the U.S. by type Q4 2019-Q1 2021
In the first quarter of 2021, just under 10,000 electric vehicle chargers were available at workplaces across the United States. Level 2 chargers made up the majority of this volume: over 19 out of 20 chargers were Level 2 chargers. The U.S. has seen a rapid increase in the availability of fast electric vehicle chargers (EVSE) in the recent years, particularly publicly available fast chargers.
