A report conducted by Decision Lab in Vietnam in 2021 revealed that for approximately 37.3 percent of Vietnamese esports audience followed mostly key opinion leaders (KOLs) who were gamers. In comparison, around 28 percent of respondents followed very few gamer KOLs.
