According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight in Indonesia, around 75 percent of respondents stated that they would reduce ordering food online after the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted because they want to cut costs on food delivery. In comparison, around 17 percent of respondents stated that they had negative experiences with the food quality.
