A survey conducted in 2022 showed that around 47 percent of Tunisians considered the management of the economy the main problem that the government should address. Moreover, approximately 15 percent of the respondents identified unemployment as the main issue faced by the country, and which should be addressed by the state. Other important issues included poverty, as well as corruption and crime.
