Across all five Nordic countries, roughly 75 to 80 percent of the workforce is employed in the services sector. Additionally, while just above 20 percent of Icelanders work in the industry sector, the rate is just below 20 percent in the other four Nordic countries. Meanwhile, Finland and Sweden have the highest employment rate in the agriculture industry at four percent.
