According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight in Thailand as of August 2021, around 66 percent of respondents who were 35 to 44 years old stated that they would reduce ordering food online after the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted because they wanted to cut costs on food delivery. In comparison, around 10 percent of respondents in the same age group stated that they had many negative experiences with the food quality.
