According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight in Thailand as of August 2021, around 61 percent of respondents stated that they would reduce ordering food online after lifting the COVID-19 restrictions because they want to cut costs on food delivery. In comparison, around 14 percent of respondents stated that they had negative experiences with the food quality.
