Reasons for ordering food online after the COVID-19 lockdown Thailand 2021, by age

According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight in Thailand as of August 2021, around 83 percent of respondents who were 35 to 44 years old stated that they would continue to order food online after lifting the COVID-19 restrictions because it was convenient. In comparison, around 18 percent of respondents from the same age group stated that they would continue to order online because they had a good experience with the food quality.
